Vero Noguera discovered at a young age that graduating as a Civil Engineer did not align with her life’s purpose, which was oriented towards promoting human well-being. Consequently, she made a radical career change and embarked on a path dedicated to health from a holistic perspective, emphasizing personal empowerment, meditation, proper nutrition, exercise, and supplementation with vitamins and minerals.
For over 20 years, she has worked as a meditation and yoga instructor, as well as a practitioner and consultant in Ayurvedic Medicine, helping numerous individuals achieve their highest level of well-being and healing their problems at their core.
Veronica is the Founder of the Center for Wellness, Adhara Vida Holistica, in Caracas, Venezuela, established in 2017. She holds a diploma in Positive Psychology from the Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas and is certified as an Instructor of Meditation, Yoga, and Ayurvedic Medicine by the Chopra Center in California. Additionally, she is a Certified Hypnotherapist accredited by The Institute Of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Florida.
Vero is married to Dr. Leonard Lado, a psychiatrist, CEO, and Medical Director of Lado Healing Institute, as well as the Medical Director of Star One Wellness. Together, they create a wonderful combination of traditional medicine and the holistic approach of Star One Wellness.
